To create a fórcola, the oarlock of the gondoliers, the artisans start from trunk quarters (walnut, cherry, pear, apple, maple).

A forcola is the result of manual skills and and vision, where touch play a key role. Every bend, every elbow must allow the numerous and different movements of the oar in the water
